In this Crazy Way story, we catch up with Mike to hear his powerful and honest testimony. Mike shares his journey through mental health struggles, the challenges life has thrown at him, and how he rediscovered his faith in Jesus.

For nearly 30 years, Mike was "in the wilderness": no faith, years of alcohol and drug misuse, three suicide attempts, and in 2021 a major breakdown, after which the NHS told him he was "too complex" to help.

In this honest and moving conversation, Mike shares how a motorbike, a charity called Mental Health Motorbikes and "a ray of light" brought him back to faith. Today he's a trained mental health first aider and a regional coordinator in West Yorkshire. He parks his bike at rallies and car parks, and uses it to start conversations that save lives.
